為了符合業者多元印刷產品，印刷結構規劃六色印刷座，末端再搭配一座塗佈座，可於鋁箔印刷後直接上光，提高鋁箔的印刷效果，此塗佈座亦可做熱封膠使用，足以應付各種不同印刷需求。每一色印刷座之間，都搭配適用於鋁箔材質的特殊翻轉結構，再結合於正反兩側設置刮刀座，使業者能夠任意在任何一色進行反面印刷，輕鬆達成各種的印刷要求。此外，每座印刷座採用獨立馬達系統，可於印刷作業的同時，更換下一個工作單的印刷版筒，不但節省作業時間，更提升套色的反應時間及效應。
此機型還另外附加一座乾燥系統位於機台上層，具有四區隧道式的乾燥風箱，其乾燥效率更加迅速。放料及收料座採雙軸式自動接料，不需停機即可完成續料作業，操控簡易。全機以高性能的PLC數位控制器搭配觸控式人機介面做連動控制，精準且確實達到高效率的操控效能，並具有自動套色功能，讓印刷密度及品質更臻至完美。
最後上膠單元配合上烘箱設計可連線做熱封膠塗佈
