Rotogravure Printing Press With Multi-Color

In order to apply to various printing demands and output, Worldly develops a series of WRP-A rotogravure printing machine with deliberate design. Because of the connecting with central control system, also the uncomplicated human-machine interface setting and accurate color register device, the machine can bring the beneficial result of high quality and certain output. Moreover the automatic orientating splicing device can decrease the waste material effectively to decrease the loss.

Unwinder Unit:

1. Twin-reel rotating non-stop type rewinder (optional disc type).
2. Motor control by AC vector driver.
3. Auto orientation non-stop splicing. Precise splice device achieves low wastage and keep efficiency procreation.
4. Edge position control with photo sensor detector and servo motor.

Out-feed Device:

1. Infeed section by double pneumatic cylinder type nip roller.
2. Motor control by AC vector driver.
3. Auto tension control by special frictionless pneumatic cylinder with precision electric resistance.

Printing Section:

Shaftless device by air pressure holder for easy unloading and reloading the printing cylinder.

Shaft-less:

Doctor blade holder mechanism with four liner bearing fixed on double axles, Strong construction and outstanding sensitivity, Flexible doctor blade adjustment in up/down, forward/rearward, and blade angle Micrometric adjustment of doctor blade assure soft touch for longer service life of printing cylinder and prevents surface scratching.
Doctor blade holder with pneumatic clip.
High pressure jet nozzle drying system achieves high efficiency performance.
Flexible buckle can easily change the rubber roller.

Integrated Control Pane:

Integrated control panel includes touch panel interface, auto register contorl system, video web inspection system, and PLC synchronize control for easy and user friendly printing production management..
