Rotogravure Printer With High Productivity
Unwinder:
- Double shaft turret type with automatic positioning flying splicers. Composed of AC vector motors, the operating tension is controlled pneumatically by low friction dancer roller.
Rewinder:
- Double shaft turret type with automatic positioning flying splicers. Composed of AC vector motors and drives, the systems tension is controlled pneumatically by low friction dancer roller.
- Automatic Taper tensions can also be easily adjusted on the Panel according to different material specifications for curve, slope, or Straight settings.
- Two Additional Touch rollers for both rewinding shafts are pneumatically pressure control ensure the smoothness of the rewinding material without any sliding.
In-feed Unit:
- 2 roll press type with pneumatically adjustable pressure
- Tension control by low friction dancing roller between in-feed and first printing unit.
Gravure Printing Unit:
- Shaft-less device by pneumatic holder for easy access while unloading and uploading printing cylinders.
- Ink trnsfer roll:
An Ink transfer roll is built between the ink pan and printing Cylinder, providing an even spread of ink for maximum printing quality. In addition it circulates the ink and prevents the spill when operating at high speeds. - Doctor Blade Unit:
Pneumatic controlled doctor blade can be adjusted horizontally, vertically, and by different working angles, the adjustment is manual or automatic which will alter in sync with the working machine to provide maximum printing effects and longer life span of printing cylinders. Also to ensure balanced pressure between printing cylinders and the doctor blades, Worldly's Machine uses three adjustable holders controlled by pneumatic cylinders.
Central Control System:
- An Integrated central control panel combines the human-machine interface touch screen, color register control system, video web inspection system, and PLC synchronize control, desighned for easy and friendly printing production management.
Heat recycling system:
- Worldly's printing press is equipped with an exhaust heat recycling system. Taking wasted heat from the top of the drying hood, this design is able to recover up to 75% of reusable energy, Saving 40%-60% for electric power, this recycling system can help reduce great production cost in long run manufacturing.
