High Speed Decoration Rotogravure Printing Machine

This model consist of five color printing units and one coating unit which is suitable for water base ink printing and apply to wide paper such as wallpaper and furniture leather and so on. Consider about cost, WORLDLY use special thermoduct with heat recycling system to promote its efficiency. In addition the blower use with infrared heating device which imported from Italy to accomplish complete drying for paper with water base ink printing. Moreover the machine drive with Japan-SUMITOMO sectional drive system. The machine approve by CE certification and produce in East Eruope.

Unwind unit :

  • Twin-reel rotating non-stop type unwinder (optional disc type).
  • Motor control by AC vector driver.
  • Auto orientation non-stop splicing. Precise splice device achieves low wastage and keep efficiency procreation.
  • Edge position control with infrared or ultrasonic sensor detector and servo motor, In addition set mounting unit individually to develop better effect

Printing section :

  • Shaft-less device by air pressure holder for easy unloading and reloading the printing cylinder.
  • Sectional control system
  • Inking roller build between printing ink reservoir and printing cylinder. Providing inks from the ink pan (ink tray) to rotogravure printing cylinder. Transfer ink evenly and circulating ink in the inking system.motors and

Exhaust recycling system :

  • This machine with special material of thermoduct wich is different from other machines. In addition, its loop has been improved and specially designed to promote the recycling efficiency.
  • Vertical and horizontal splicing device is made up by zigzag blade, tracking roller and auto orientating detector.
    The moving method is driving by ball screw and linear slip track. Through this splicing way, there is no limitation in the size of materials.
    In addition vertical splicing device has tracking mode for selection which can maintain great rewinding condition.
    This kind of design not only make stable splicing also can apply to various materials.
  • In order to accomplish the complete drying for paper, the drying blower using infrared heating device on the backside of paper
