Extrusion Coating Laminating Machine

WEL extrusion coating/laminating machine is an exceptional masterpiece of WORLDLY.  The machine is made to coat multi-materials and does great job on sandwich lamination with two sets of unwinding units and one extrusion unit.  The machine temperature is instantly monitored using PID automatic temperature controller.  Through a simple touch on the human machine interface screen panel, it is easy to adjust the thickness and speed of extrusion to achieve an appropriate complex coating ratio.  The model also offers an additional option of using double T-die to provide double extrusion for production.  Using top quality T-die supports for high efficiency in production as well as its long life expectancy.

4.Auxiliary pressure rollers prevent shifting and wrinkling to maintain smooth film at rewinding.

Trimming Device:

Simple and efficient designs provide operators to alter round trimming blades according to different materials structures
 

Infeed Unit:

1. 2 roll press type with pneumatically adjustable pressure.

2. Tension control by low friction dancing roller between in-feed and first printing unit.

 
 

AC Coating Station:

AC Coating Station with dual drying hood achieve high efficiency drying result.

 

 

Extrusion Station:

This machine uses high quality T-die, in addition there is the T-die for co-extrusion coating/ double-processing for optional purchase as well. And the machine uses PLC system to do gang control. Furthermore, flow rate and speed can be adjusted by human machine interface to achieve appropriate laminating ratio.

 

 

Main electric cabinet:

PID auto temperature control—uses safe electric components and imported inverter to narrow down failure margin, plus easy maintenance.
